Peshawari Namkeen Gosht

Ingredients:

·         Meat: 1kg
·         Black Pepper Powder: 1 tbsp
·         Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
·         Roasted Crushed White Cumin: 1 tbsp
·         Water: as required
·         Ginger: 1 inch slice
·         Salt: as required
·         Green Chilies: 2 tbsp
·         Oil: 1/2 cup
·         Green Coriander: 2 tbsp
How to Cook
1.       Heat oil in pan, add ginger garlic and fry for one minute. 
Then add meat and roast well.
2.       When meat's color is changed, add water and cook on fast flame.
3.       Once water is boiled, reduce flame and cook pan covered until meat becomes tender.
4.       When meat is fully tenderized and water is dried, roast meat well.
5.       After roasting the meat well, add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
6.       Now add roasted crushed cumin, sliced ginger, green chilies and green coriander and steam-cook(dam) at low heat for 2 minutes.
7.       Tasty Peshawari Namkeen Gosht Recipe is ready.
