- Cold chapaties 2
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Green chilies 4
- Dried, round red chilies 6
- Eggs beaten 2
- Garlic chopped 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves Few
- Hot spices powder 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Oil 4 tbs
- Lemon juice, Chaat masala for sprinkling
- Fresh coriander for Sprinkling
How to Cook:
- Break chapties into small pieces.
- Heat Oil in a wok, fry onion, red chilie powder, hot spices and salt, cook for 10 mints.
- Add eggs and chapatis, fry thoroughly for few minutes.
- Add lemon juice and chaat masla and also sprinkle fresh coriander on it now serve.
